hereby declare the following:
All the particulars furnished in the application are true
We promise to abide by the rules, policies, regulations and decisions of the school
We will be responsible for the payment of all fees and other charges on time
We will not insist the school or the authorities to send our ward for any functions or programs
All necessary medical reports regarding my ward’s health have been submitted if necessary
We are fully aware of the fact that the fees once paid shall not be refunded or adjusted against any other fees or dues
We will apply for the Transfer Certificate (TC) well in advance, before the 15th of March of every Academic year in case of discontinuation of our ward for the next academic year, failing which we are ready to pay the fees for the subsequent academic year
We will not withdraw our ward in the middle of the academic year (1st June to 31st March). If any situation arises such that we have to withdraw our ward for reasons beyond our control, we will pay the fees of the full year on withdrawal
We will reimburse any expenses incurred on behalf of our ward , as well as make up the loss or damage cost of the school property due to the negligence or misbehaviour of our ward
We will send our ward without fail to the school on the previous and subsequent working day of every long vacation/holiday of the school, failing which we will provide the medical certificate for his/her absence
We will adhere to the time schedule and also attend all the events mentioned in the school calendar and ensure the participation of our ward in all such events without fail. We will also no insist the school authorities to send our ward before the completion of any programs of the school
We will inform the school authorities regarding the change of address and contact numbers whenever any change takes place.
